The exhibition layout can be modified depending on the number of exhibitors.

Registration
The registration must be filled out by a legal representative of your company.
Booth space is not reserved until final payment is received. The exhibition fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

- 220V French socket - 1,5 kW maxi (do not forget to bring your adaptor plug if necessary)
- 2 or 3 spotlights

Terms of payment
The ESRF will issue a receipt (via Insight Outside) once the payment is received.
These invoices are payable by all the exhibitors.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation is possible until 30th January 2011 with no penalty.
Cancellation is possible until 10th September 2011 with a 50% penalty.
No refund after 10th September 2011.

Organiser liability and insurance
The conference organizer shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, or to the exhibitor’s employee or property.

Exhibitor responsibility
Exhibitors accept the rules & regulations of the organiser.
Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to exhibition building, floors, walls, booth equipment or other exhibitor’s property.
Electric appliances must meet safety standards.

Installation / dismantling
• Installation: on Sunday 9th October 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Monday 10th October 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• Dismantling: on Friday 14th October 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
